Colin Parker
Managing Director and Lead Consultant for the Project Management Practice, Colin founded the company in 2007. He is available for full or part time assignments.
For the last 13 years Colin has been successfully delivering large projects, programmes and portfolios which combine 3rd party input, business change, in-house development, infrastructure, testing and release management. Responsibilities have covered all aspects of programme management including financial control and forecasting, risk and issue identification/resolution and resource management
With a proven track record of delivering controlled outcomes in complex situations, Colin is able to maintain good relationships with clients and senior stakeholders even in the difficult times. Substantial experience working in senior project and programme roles is backed up by experience of shaping and negotiating contracts on both supplier and customer sides of the table.
Degree educated, PRINCE2 practitioner, Managing Consultant and full member of the Association for Project Management and Institute of Directors.
Ian Riddick
Ian joined the company in 2009 as Technical Director and is responsible for architecture and platform decisions for the companies Software as a Service and field-force solutions. He also leads the Technical Consultancy Practice. He has extensive experience in all stages of the development lifecycle in particular having extensive experience in component based architectures and client server solutions. He has managed large technical teams with both onshore and offshore resource models. James Chamberlain
With an honours degree in Computing James has a broad base of technical and consultancy skills which he has used to good effect in his first year working for Winton Consulting. James works well in a team setting and is able to work equally well with people from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
